1. Acceptance of Terms

All withdrawals must be made in the name of the registered user. No third-party withdrawals are allowed.

3. Crypto Withdrawals

For cryptocurrency withdrawals, users must provide a certificate of wallet ownership matching the name on the Gio.Money account.

4. Bank Transfers

Bank transfers will only be executed to the bank account of the registered user.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes. Abuse, fraud or misuse will result in account termination.

6. Risk Disclosure

Trading and high-risk financial operations carry significant risk. You may lose part or all of your capital. You accept full responsibility for any financial loss.

7. Refund Policy

All transactions are final. Refunds are not provided except in case of platform error.

8. Free Balance & Promotions

Gio.Money reserves the right to remove bonuses, free balance or promotions at any time if abuse is detected.
